Position Overview
The Sales Team Intern will assist with a variety of day-to-day sales and operational tasks that help support our independent reps, retail partners, and trade show preparation. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone interested in sales, merchandising, marketing, or product-based businesses.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, creative, and excited to learn about the behind-the-scenes operations of a growing consumer brand.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and ship product samples to sales representatives, retail accounts, and showrooms as needed.
- Organize and maintain showroom materials, samples, and sales tools.
- Assist with trade show preparation, setup coordination, and post-show organization.
- Create and update sales presentations, catalogs, and sales decks using Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator.
- Support the sales team with administrative and organizational tasks.
- Help maintain accurate product information and sales assets.
- Assist with merchandising mockups and presentation materials.
- Coordinate sample tracking and inventory organization.
- Support credit task management efforts.
- Provide general support to the sales and account management teams as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in Canva required; Adobe Illustrator experience preferred.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed.
- Interest in fashion, gift, lifestyle, or consumer products industries preferred.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, fashion merchandising, graphic design, or a related field is a plus.
