Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, and implementation of programs that promote the well-being and independence of youth and young adults.
- Supervise program staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Manage program budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, community organizations, and funding agencies to support collaborative efforts.
- Oversee compliance with all applicable regulations, licensing requirements, and organizational policies related to behavioral health and social services.
- Coordinate staff training initiatives focused on best practices in social work, behavioral health interventions, and working with youth.
- Monitor program outcomes through data collection and analysis to continuously improve services and demonstrate impact.
Requirements
- Minumum of a BSW, MSW perferred
- 3-5 years in program and staff mangment with focus on social services and non-profit organiztions.
