What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banquet Server position at Mary's Market?
We are looking for banquet servers to work on an as needed basis for our upcoming event season. We cater for weddings, showers, meetings and other events and provide a full menu. Banquet servers are responsible for all table service duties as well as prep and closing work. Previous experience is preferred. Weekend availability is required.
Duties include:
Setting up tables and Chairs following a diagram
Setting up linens and place settings
Placing food out on a buffet or serving plates to guests
Bussing tables
Filling beverages throughout the duration of the event
Customer service and hospitality is a must
Tear down of the event
Cleaning of the room
