The Imagine Group is recruiting for a Banking Services Operations Associate II on behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Bridgeport, CT, serving individuals, businesses, and communities across the eastern United States. In this role you will be responsible for supporting a variety of banking operations functions, including processing transactions, reviewing and validating documentation, performing research, and maintaining accurate records to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve routine inquiries, adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements, and help ensure operational accuracy, quality, and risk management standards are met.

- Perform exception processing and research. Assist in resolution of complex issues.
- Interact with vendors to support procedural workflows.
- Interpret legal and banking documents for internal processing.

- Collaborate with internal teams and management on procedural matters.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
