- Coaching and redirecting employees
- Making schedules for your team
- Maintain cleanliness for entire facility
- Create and implement new systems for service and kitchen staff
- Participate in continuing education
- Be able to recognize potential and create leadership development opportunities
- Encourage team members to work safely and efficiently
- Be able to work in position with your team members
- Ensure all equipment is working safely and compliant with manufacturer’s guidelines for operation
- Ensure cleaning lists are operational throughout the entire shift
- Manage the agreed food and/or liquor cost targets in like with the waste goals
- Be aware and understand the company’s team member handbook and uphold all standards
- Must be a team player and be able to give/follow direction
- Must be able to delegate appropriate work to team members
- Must guide and direct team to excellence
- Must be able to positively motivate and treat all team members with respect
- Must be able to professionally handle workplace issues and execute a plan to solve these issues
