Addison Central School District is seeking a full-time temporary Classroom Teacher beginning immediately through tentatively January 29, 2027 with the possibility of an extension. Candidates must have experience working with children and be organized and collaborative. Successful candidates will demonstrate an interest in child development, commitment to student-centered, inquiry-based teaching and learning, a capacity to differentiate instruction around student learning styles and abilities, and strong behavior management skills. Candidates should possess a passion for working with young children, collaborating on a teaching team, and a growth mindset about their own practice. Qualified candidates must hold an appropriate current Vermont teaching license with an Elementary Education Endorsement (100).
