Build Strong Customer Relationships Through Exceptional Service
The Mary Henry State Farm Agency is looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and providing dependable support.
In this position, you will be one of the primary points of contact for existing customers. You’ll help with everything from policy and billing questions to coverage updates, renewals, claims-related questions, and general account servicing. The goal is to make every interaction clear, helpful, and positive while building long-term trust with the customers we serve.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this position.
A Day in This Role May Include:
- Assisting customers in both English and Spanish with policy, billing, and coverage questions
- Processing policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and account updates
- Supporting customers with claims-related questions and helping guide them through next steps
- Following up on outstanding service requests and required documentation
- Reviewing customer accounts to help ensure information and coverage remain current
- Resolving customer concerns and contributing to strong customer retention
- Identifying potential coverage needs and making appropriate recommendations when relevant
- Maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow-up activity
- Working closely with other agency team members to provide a seamless customer experience
- Providing clear, professional, and timely service throughout each interaction
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is personable, organized, dependable, and comfortable managing a variety of customer needs throughout the day.
Successful candidates should bring:
- Bilingual English/Spanish fluency
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- A patient and professional approach when working with customers
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Comfort discussing additional coverage options when they naturally arise during service conversations
- Prior customer service, account management, or insurance experience is preferred
Licensing Requirements
Candidates must obtain their Kentucky Property & Casualty license prior to Day 1 in the agency.
A Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of starting employment.
Licensing guidance and support are available to help qualified candidates complete the process.
