You’ll lead the evolution of scalable, secure, and highly available platforms while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver resilient, future-ready solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Own and drive infrastructure architecture across on-prem and Azure cloud environments
- Design and deliver highly available, secure, and scalable systems
- Lead cloud and hybrid strategy, including workload migration and optimization
- Manage identity and access solutions (Azure AD, SSO, hybrid identity)
- Champion automation, standardization, and operational excellence
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical challenges
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business leaders to align technology with organizational goals
What You Bring
- 6 years of advanced infrastructure engineering experience
- Expertise in Windows servers, virtualization, storage, and networking
- Strong experience with Azure and hybrid cloud environments
- Automation skills (PowerShell, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker, or similar)
- Proven ability to design resilient, high-performing systems
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
