In partnership with Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital, Mary Free Bed at Home is an accredited recognized leader in home health. We deliver industry-leading therapy and nursing expertise and services that exceed national benchmarks throughout the West Michigan service area.
This position supports patients in Niles and surrounding areas and is eligible for $25,000 total bonus potential:
$10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year
$5,000 sign on bonus paid out after one year of employment
$10,000 sign on bonus, paid out quarterly during year two of employment

We are looking for compassionate physical therapists with:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required
- Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.
- Minimum of one year healthcare experience
- Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
- A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
- The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
- Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
