Responsibilities include:
- Planning and leading age-appropriate activities.
- Creating a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
- Supporting children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Communicating with families about their child's day and progress.
- Working as part of a supportive teaching team.
- Maintaining Iowa licensing and health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with young children is preferred.
- Must be able to pass all required Iowa background checks.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Reliable, dependable, and passionate about early childhood education.
