Brand new search for accomplished Personal Assistant for ultra-high-net-worth couple.
Total compensation from $130 – 175K .
Monday – Friday, 8 am – 6 PM. In office 2 days, in home 2 days, Friday possibly remote but flexible.
Most important is advanced proficiency with technology, especially AI, to integrate in running their home and lives. Experience having worked for families with a global presence required to handle visas, international travel and vacation arrangements. Heavy event planning, willingness to run errands. Very light travel with family.
Minimum 8 years of Personal / Executive Assistant experience both in home and office preferred. Degree strongly preferred. Must have own car. Spanish fluency a plus
This is a true Personal Assistant position (not a House Manager).
Salary : $130,000 - $175,000
