Corporate Headquarters of very successful, global firm is interested in hiring HR Coordinator for their Greenwich, Connecticut office. This is a classic yet challenging administrative position. Join a vibrant team! Assist with coordinating recruitment process, including scheduling and arranging candidate travel; support employee engagement initiatives and trainings; oversee new hire onboarding logistics; respond to employment verification requests; assist with vendor invoices; complete background checks; and provide support with special projects.Degree required, two years of HR experience is a plus. Strongly prefer financial services industry experience. Must have outstanding communication skills, good judgment and strong Word and Excel.Five days in office but on occasional Fridays you will work from home; 45-hour work week, overtime eligible. $130K all-in to start. Global firm offers top benefits and great morale!

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
