LPN - Home Health - Part Time

Home Health LPN - 24-32 hours/week

Home Health Nurse

• Provide professional nursing care to assigned patients in a home care environment.
• Record patient histories, perform various diagnostic tests, administer medications, and develop patient home care plans in conjunction with other medical professionals.
• Perform examinations and prescribed procedures, operating in monitoring medical equipment as necessary.
• Observe patients progress and record observations in patient medical records. Promotes Patient independence by teaching Patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
Requires an active LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
