Home Health Registered Nurse, RN
- Provide professional nursing care to assigned patients in a home care environment.
- Record patient histories, perform various diagnostic tests, administer medications, and develop patient home care plans in conjunction with other medical professionals.
- Perform examinations and prescribed procedures, operating in monitoring medical equipment as necessary.
- Observe patients progress and record observations in patient medical records. Promotes Patient independence by teaching Patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills. Requires valid state RN license.
