We are seeking a skilled and reliable environmental maintenance worker to join our team and help ensure our building and grounds are always in top condition.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of the facility, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems
Conduct preventive maintenance and safety checks according to schedules
Assist with room setups, furniture moves, and facility improvements
Maintain cleanliness and safety of outdoor areas, including walkways, parking lots, and landscaped grounds
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents
Follow all safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines
Maintain accurate maintenance records and report any major issues to management
Qualifications:
Previous experience in building maintenance, facilities, or environmental services preferred (healthcare or senior living environment a plus)
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Reliable, safety-conscious, and respectful toward residents and staff
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required
