Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Janitor/Cleaner to join our team in Rogers. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Conduct detailed sanitation of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to promote health and hygiene.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during heavy lifting and manual handling tasks to prevent injuries.
Requirements
- NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. We provide training as well as all equipment and cleaning products necessary to complete the job.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to lift 25 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on sanitation and cleanliness standards.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform manual tasks throughout shifts.
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
