What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial Worker in Rogers position at Marvin's Building Maintenance?
Earn extra money in your spare time during the evenings and weekends. Part-time position available for an individual or a two-person team.
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. We provide training as well as all equipment and cleaning products necessary to complete the job.
Job duties may include:
- Sweep/mop hard surface floors
- Vacuum carpet floors
- Empty trash and remove to dumpsters
- Clean, sanitize and restock restrooms
- Sanitizing of common touch surfaces throughout office
- Thorough dusting throughout office, including high areas and window blinds
Applicant qualifications
- Must be detail oriented and provide quality cleaning for our customers
- Must be reliable
- Able to lift 25 pounds
- Physically able to be on your feet for periods of time, including walking, bending, crouching, twisting, reaching up, etc.
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
