In this vital Line Operator position, you'll oversee every facet of the manufacturing and production process, expertly managing raw materials, producing top-quality parts on our production line, and meticulously preparing finished goods for their journey to customers.
Schedule Options:
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM
Pay: $20.75 / hr.
relevant experience considered
- Ensure top-notch product quality through manufacturing checks
- Efficiently set up and shut down for seamless production operations
- Safely handle tooling and maintain a clean workspace
- Prepare raw materials to drive successful production orders
- Use a forklift as needed to move raw materials and/or finished goods within the manufacturing plant
- Proactively identify and resolve production issues to succeed in your role
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
- High school degree or GED
- Demonstrates effective communication and social skills
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting specifications, a key skill in our production environment
- General computer proficiency to improve production tracking and reportingF
- Forklift certification or the ability to acquire certification
- Capability to stand/work for a 8-hour shift and to lift, carry, push, and pull various objects weighing between 10lb to 50 lbs to support production needs
- Meet the minimum age required of 18 years
