Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND is hiring a Production Shift Supervisor for our second shift team. Join our extrusion team as a Production Shift Supervisor where you’ll lead a team on the floor, keep operations running smoothly, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity stay on track. This is a growing part of our business, and you’ll play a key role in shaping its success while helping your team develop through coaching and training. We’re looking for someone who works well with others, stays adaptable, and approaches challenges with a positive and problem-solving mindset. Schedule:
Monday – Friday:
- 2nd shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Highlights of your role
• Lead and coach associates daily to build skills, encourage growth, and support self-sufficiency• Create a safe work environment by modeling safe behaviors and holding associates accountable• Ensure quality standards, accurate reporting, and efficient use of labor to meet production goals• Lead communication on company updates and current shift performance metrics with associates• Analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions for continuous improvement• Develop and maintain a positive team culture that aligns with Marvin Composites’ mission and values
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
• Three or more years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting and a two-year degree or higher (both preferred).• Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to effectively lead and support your team.• Analytical ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.• Proven leadership skills with a hands-on approach and accountability for results.• Flexibility to adapt to changing processes while maintaining team morale and focus.
