Landscape & Lawn Care Technician

We’re looking for a dependable Landscape & Lawn Care Technician to join our field crew. This role supports daily operations including quality control, training, punctuality, and safety. Strong organizational skills, leadership, and communication abilities are a must.

Responsibilities

Daily Truck & Equipment Preparation

• Report on time and prepare/review daily work with the Crew Lead
• Load tools, gas, equipment, and materials with proper securing
• Check oil, fluids, tire pressure, trailer connection, and lights
  
  

Landscape & Maintenance Tasks

• Work with Crew Lead to implement contracted work efficiently
• Perform lawn and garden bed maintenance including mowing, trimming, blowing, leaf removal, weeding, edging, and mulch installation
• Receive on-the-job training on safety and equipment operation
• Address customer questions and communicate concerns to leadership
  
  

End-of-Day Duties

• Review upcoming jobs and prepare for the next day
• Unload equipment, clean trucks and trailers daily
• Wash equipment and report damaged items immediately
• Refuel trucks and equipment
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 60 lbs consistently
• High attention to detail
• Available for varied schedules, including Saturdays
• Can stoop, stand, and bend 10 hours daily
• Ability to read and write English including maps and diagrams
• Drug-free workplace compliance
