The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.

What You Can Expect
- Maintain and update existing dashboards and reports in Power BI, Jira dashboards, and other internal reporting systems.
- Support sprint and delivery reporting (velocity, burn-down, throughput/flow, defect trends, scope changes) and help with periodic rollups.
- Assist with program tracking dashboards (milestones, status, risks, dependencies) for key initiatives.
- Support AI initiative tracking dashboards (PoC → pilot → production), including basic metrics such as adoption/usage, cost, latency, and quality signals (where available).
- Perform data validation checks, resolve basic data issues, and coordinate with data owners/IT/Jira admins as needed.
- Write and maintain simple documentation for dashboards (data sources, definitions, refresh cadence).
- Help automate repeatable reporting tasks and reduce spreadsheet-based reporting.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 2 years of experience (internships/co-ops count) in analytics, BI, reporting, or operations roles.
- Basic proficiency with Power BI (or equivalent BI tool) and building clear dashboards/visuals.
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and basic transformations.
- Familiarity with Jira (boards, filters, dashboards) and basic Agile concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate findings clearly.
- Experience with data platforms and building datasets for reporting.
- Python for light automation/data processing.
- Exposure to product/AI metrics (adoption, cost, performance) and how they’re tracked.
- Experience supporting reporting for multi-team engineering organizations.
