Your Team, Your Impact
The Demand Planning team plays a critical role in driving accurate, data-informed forecasts that support operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. This team (1) drives the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, (2) collaborates closely with Business Units to capture market intelligence, customer trends, and new product introductions, and (3) influences executive-level decisions with data-driven insights and scenario planning.What You Can Expect
- Use data analytics to identify Demand Planning performance issues and drive actions
- Analyze demand trends, backlog, bookings, point-of-sales, and etc. against historical trends to identify anomalies
- Publish and monitor supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor Demand plans vs. actuals to identify variance and drive actions
- Ad-hoc projects that involving cross-functional teams from Finance, Sales and Product Marketing teams
What We're Looking For
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, data science, or related fields with 5-10 years of related professional Demand Planning and/or Supply Chain experience OR Master's degree in business, data science, or related fields with 3-5 years of experience
- Proficiency in MS Office suite; high proficiency in MS Excel
- Interested in learning about Demand Planning, forecasting, automation, and data flow
Preferred Qualifications:
- Semiconductor Industry experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Very task-oriented
- Self-starter
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
80,100 - 120,000, $ per annumThe successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
