**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Clinical Coding Analyst to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role requires a deep understanding of medical terminology, coding systems such as ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS, and compliance regulations. The Clinical Coding Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and efficient processing of patient data, supporting the financial and operational integrity of healthcare services.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Review and analyze patient medical records to assign appropriate diagnostic and procedural codes.
- Ensure coding accuracy in accordance with established guidelines, such as ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify diagnoses, procedures, and coding discrepancies.
- Conduct audits and quality checks of coding activities to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to keep abreast of changes in coding protocols and healthcare regulations.
- Provide coding-related guidance and support to other healthcare professionals, as needed.
- Collaborate with billing department staff to ensure correct and timely submission of claims.
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date coding software and databases.

**Qualifications:**
- Certification as a Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Proficiency with healthcare coding systems, including ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is an advantage.
