What You'll Lead
- Daily field operations for up to 12 technicians
- Routing, scheduling, and real-time adjustments to keep jobs on track
- Field coaching — helping techs improve outcomes, speed, and quality
- Accountability for safety, professionalism, and SOP standards
- Direct involvement in escalated customer needs and tough job decisions
- Overseeing warehouse/equipment readiness: trucks, tools, cameras, materials
What You'll Manage Proactively
- Future job outlook — reviewing upcoming schedules for readiness
- Confirming utility locates, permits, access needs, and jobsite requirements
- Ensuring the right equipment, materials, and camera setups are assigned in advance
- Identifying higher-risk or complex jobs early to plan proper staffing
- Communicating clearly with customers and internal teams to prevent last-minute issues
- Preventing downtime — resolving constraints before they derail the day

What We're Looking For
- Sewer & drain industry experience strongly preferred
- Hands-on field troubleshooting background required
- 3–5 years of leadership/supervisory experience in a service-based environment
- Process-driven, organized operator who thrives on accountability
- Strong communicator and motivator — builds trust and elevates performance
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing field conditions
- Customer-first mindset with pride in delivering top-notch service
What We Offer
- Starting salary range: $75,000–$100,000 depending on experience
- Bonus structure: ~$0-$2,500 monthly
