Setting : SNFStart Date : ASAP GTE Hours : 40Contract Length : 13 weeks Schedule : Mon-Fri Cancellation Policy : 14 days Float : none Patient Caseload / Productivity : 8-12 residents a day, productivity req 85%EMR : Net Health and PCC Orientation : DOR and another PT will be training and helping the traveler get off to a good start after they go through the facility orientationSupervising Assistants : TBDExperience Required / New grads accepted? : 1 year preferred Facility info : Medical Lodge has 83 beds and a very high skilled caseload near 50 at present. Our rehab team consists of 4 SLPs, 6 OT / As, and 5 PT / As. We use Net Health (formerly Rehab Optima) and Point Click Care (PCC).
