Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist
">We are seeking a skilled and compassionate travel physical therapist to join our team. As a travel physical therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in various settings and provide expert care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and create personalized treatment plans
- Administer physical therapy treatments and interventions to help patients achieve their goals
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and outcomes
Requirements:
- DPT or equivalent degree from an accredited program
- Licensure in good standing in the state of Delaware
- Current BLS certification
- Experience working with patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
