We’re looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to drive HR transformation initiatives and deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions.
🔹 Key Skills
• SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central)
• SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
• HR systems, workflows, business rules, integrations
🔹 What You’ll Do
• Lead design & implementation of SuccessFactors solutions
• Build and manage integrations with SAP & external systems
• Partner with HR & business teams to deliver impactful solutions
• Support full lifecycle: design → deployment → optimization
🔹 What We’re Looking For
• 10 years in SuccessFactors
• 5 years with CPI integrations
• Strong HR domain knowledge & stakeholder management
💡 Certifications S/4HANA / HCM integration experience are a plus
