Community hospital looking to bring on a Assistant CNO!
UP to $30,000 Bonus Incentives!
This ACNO works closely with all members of the Leadership Council and oversees a house-wide, functional, multidisciplinary, and service oriented team that includes the ICU / PCU, Medical / Surgical, and Rehab Nursing Units. Reports to the CNO.
- Licensed RN with BSN.
- ACLS, ONS certification, Healthcare Provider BLS within 3 months of hire.
- MUST HAVE Union experience.
- 5 years experience as an Acute Care Clinical Leader.
- Experience as a Unit Level Director strongly preferred.
- Competency of RN for Med / Surg. or ICU.
- 2 years as a bedside RN.
- Demonstrated success with tabulating, collaborative work with physicians, project management and process improvement projects.
- Experience with a team with a variety of skill levels including new graduate RN’s.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records.
