We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of landscaping techniques, hardscape installation, and lawn maintenance. Responsibilities

• Operate power tools and hand tools effectively to perform various lawn care tasks.
• Maintain lawns and landscapes by mowing, trimming, and edging as needed.
• Build and install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Dig and prepare soil for planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Provide regular maintenance services including fertilization, weed control, and flower bed maintenace.
• Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients.
• Communicate with clients regarding their lawn care needs and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular checks and servicing.

Experience

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment effectively.
• Familiarity with various landscaping techniques and plant care practices is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in outdoor environments.
