Duties

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders while providing recommendations to enhance the dining experience through effective upselling techniques.
• Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are followed, including proper sanitation practices.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their meal.
• Assist with guest relations by addressing any concerns or special requests in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain smooth operations during peak hours.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils between guests.
• Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables while providing attentive service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety standards.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple guests at once.
• Exceptional guest service skills with the ability to create positive guest relations.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
