What You’ll Do
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently
- Keep the dish area clean, organized, and running smoothly throughout the shift
- Maintain proper sanitation standards and follow health department guidelines
- Assist with trash removal and recycling as needed
- Support the kitchen team with basic cleaning and closing tasks
- Help maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, storage areas, and service stations
- Ensure dish machines and sinks are properly stocked and functioning
- Work closely with the kitchen team to keep operations moving efficiently
