- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS accurately for processing payments and transactions
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods with precision and integrity
- Answer guest inquiries via phone or in person, providing clear information about services and amenities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and cashier station to uphold high standards of hospitality
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a host/hostess or cashier in food service or restaurant settings is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
- Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is a plus
