What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shuttle and VIP Transport Operator position at Martz Bus?
No two days are exactly alike. One day you may be driving a scheduled shuttle route, the next you could be providing transportation for VIP guests or college and professional sports teams. Based out of our Tuxedo Road location in Hyattsville, MD, you’ll safely operate company sedans, SUVs, and passenger vans throughout the surrounding area. Whether you're transporting passengers on a scheduled shuttle route, VIP customers, or college and professional sports teams, you'll play an important role in delivering the safe, reliable service Martz has been known for more than 100 years.
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, punctual, and comfortable interacting with a wide range of passengers. Customer service is a must. The right person will demonstrate sound judgment, patience, discretion, and a positive attitude while representing the Martz brand with professionalism and pride.

A valid driver’s license is required—no CDL is necessary—and applicants must be at least 21 years old, have held a valid driver’s license for the past three consecutive years, and be able to pass the required pre-employment screening process. Paid training is provided.
