Job Description
Are you a driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about helping people? Marty Wright Home Sales in Chadbourn, NC, is looking for a Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will guide prospective customers through the entire home-buying process, from initial inquiry to final purchase. Your friendly, transparent, and family-oriented approach will be key to helping our clients feel comfortable and confident in this significant life decision.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and engage with potential buyers, conducting tours of model homes and our sales center.
- Consultative Sales: Listen to customers to understand their housing needs and guide them through our extensive selection of manufactured and modular homes from top manufacturers like Sunshine, Deer Valley, Clayton, Cavco, and more.
- Product Knowledge: Provide expert advice and information on floor plans, customizations, pricing, features, and financing options.
- Lead Management: Effectively manage and follow up with sales leads through phone, email, and our company systems.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare sales contracts, quotes, and other paperwork while maintaining attention to detail.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure a seamless and positive experience for every customer.
Qualifications
- A proven track record in sales, with retail or large-ticket sales experience preferred.
- A motivated and goal-driven attitude with a desire for success.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work Saturdays is required (our sales center is closed on Sundays).
- Ability to obtain the required manufactured home sales license within 90 days of hire.
