Overview
Coffee is an essential part of the guest experience at Martiya. Thus, we're looking for a lead Barista to head up our coffee and drink program.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years coffee shop or restaurant experience required, with emphasis on espresso/coffee operations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
- Familiarity with Toast POS.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage drink orders.
- Light bar/beverage experience is helpful.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and high energy level
