Requirements:
- Must pass background check to include driving record and drug testing (Company provided).
- 5 years of consecutive experience as an equipment technician.
- Be driven, positive and take pride in your work.
- Knowledge of different makes of construction equipment Ex: JD, CAT, Komatsu.
- Effective time management and attention to detail.
- Must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- CDL preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose equipment concerns in the field.
- Repair and perform routine equipment maintenance.
- Complete operations to verify quality repair and service.
- Be professional and courteous.
- Demonstrate commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Maintain a clean and professional service truck.
- Perform quality inspections.
- Utilize tablet to complete work orders with all needed information for shop foreman and service advisor.
