Responsibilities:
· Order, receive, and track all parts for daily repair jobs
· Maintain organized inventory and ensure accurate documentation
· Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal team members
· Verify parts pricing, delivery timelines, and order accuracy
· Support production by ensuring timely parts availability
· Return unused or damaged parts and manage credit processes
· Keep parts storage area clean, safe, and efficient
Qualifications:
· Prior experience in parts management or automotive parts preferred
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Basic computer skills and comfort using shop management systems
