What are the responsibilities and job description for the Utility position at Martinrea International Inc.?
Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience/training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Good communication skills and good knowledge of English language
- Must be able to work in a team environment
Essential Functions:
- Safely move dies as directed utilizing overhead cranes and forklifts.
- Perform safety inspections of overhead cranes and forklifts.
- Keep dies clean by washing them as required and wrap of dies for preservation against weather.
- 5s and organization tasks in Tool Room.
- Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Tool Room Team Leader/ Supervisor
- Abide by all Company polices including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Systems, Human Resources policies, and the Martinrea Employee Handbook
Work Environment:
- 100% Plant Floor (PPE Required)
