Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough from scratch or using pre-made bases, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Select and measure ingredients accurately for toppings, sauces, and cheeses to create flavorful combinations.
• Operate pizza ovens efficiently, monitoring baking times and temperatures to achieve perfect crusts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
• Assist with menu planning by suggesting new pizza varieties or seasonal specials.
• Handle food preparation tasks such as slicing vegetables, grating cheese, and portioning ingredients.
• Serve finished pizzas promptly to ensure hot, fresh delivery to customers or dining areas.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and proper sanitation practices.
• Strong knife skills for slicing ingredients efficiently and safely.
• Experience with meal preparation, catering, or fine dining environments is a plus.
• Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward customer service.
