Team Member - Customer Service Counter

If so, Martinizing Cleaners of Green Bay may be looking for you! We are seeking responsible, personable team members to assist at our store counters. Candidates should possess a clean, neat appearance, be detail-oriented and have a positive, friendly attitude for dealing with customers. Join our team and take advantage of an opportunity to gain experience in a locally owned and growing company! The position is part time with approximately 20 to 25 hours a week, all daytime afternoon hours working out of our Bellevue store on Lime Kiln. There may be opportunities for additional hours at one of our 5 stores each week. Stores are open until 5:30 PM and shifts don't typically run much later than that. NO NIGHTS AND WEEKEND HOURS!

• Greet and assist all walk-in customers in the store
• Front counter help with customer drop-off and pick-up of orders
• Assist customers with cleaning, stain, and finishing needs, and/or questions
• Sort and examine articles of clothing
• Mark-In incoming customer orders
• General housekeeping to support a benchmark store appearance
• Other duties as assigned

• No previous experience in Dry Cleaning required
• Previous customer service experience an asset
• Must have a flexible schedule
• Must be comfortable working while standing for long periods of time
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be presentable
• Must have reliable transportation
• Basic knowledge of computers
