The Martinique New York on Broadway, Curio Collection by Hilton is looking for a Sales Coordinator (Temporary) to join our team!
The hotel features 504 Art Deco-inspired guest rooms and suites, along with 11 meeting and event spaces spanning a total of 8,100 square feet. The flexible, light-filled meeting spaces are fully equipped with the latest technology to accommodate in-person or hybrid meetings.
Our ideal candidate has at least one year of experience working as sales or events administrative assistant or relatable experience in a hotel environment with the ability to manage a high volume of administrative tasks while supporting the workloads of multiple managers.
Shift Pattern: Office Hours 8:30AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $28.85-$31.25 per hour, based on experience.

- Provides support to Group Sales Managers with proposals, clients correspondence and contract preparation.
- Answering Phones and emails to assist internal and external guests with requests.
- Data Entry using Delphi.fdc, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Preparing for client site inspections for assigned sales manager.
- Attend assigned weekly sales departmental meeting and other scheduled meetings to support business operations, such as group pick up meeting, weekly resume meeting, and daily sales meeting.
- Assigning group leads to appropriate sales manager based on market parameters.
- Running reports through Delphi, systems administrative duties (making sure accuracy of all definite groups in the system).
