Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Troy, MI. In this role, you will handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining organized records. You will also be responsible for providing comprehensive support to executives, ensuring effective communication and optimal organization within the office environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical skills, including organizing files, managing schedules, and multitasking
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support high-level staff and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in office software and tools
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
