Data Entry/Call Center - Remote

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Data Entry & Customer Support Specialist. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data while providing excellent customer service to our clientele. The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote setting.ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter and update data in various systems and databases.Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a professional manner.Verify and validate information for accuracy and completeness before processing.Assist customers with issues and inquiries, directing them to appropriate resources as needed.Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.Generate and prepare reports based on entered data as required by management.Continuously monitor and improve data entry processes for efficiency and accuracy.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.Proven experience in data entry with a strong emphasis on accuracy and speed.Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is highly desirable.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace.Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn new systems quickly.
