JOB OVERVIEW

MartinFed has an opening for a Program Manager SME to join our team of talented and diverse individuals to lead a highly technical team of information technology professionals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Director of multiple complex projects and manages other Project Managers and teams. Has a

wealth of federal information technology systems, acquisitions, and management processes.

Defines project scope, objectives, schedules, status reports, and detailed work plans. Oversees

and manages vendor integrations and provides technical guidance and analytical guidance to

all team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• U.S. Citizen with a DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in business management or computer-related field, or technically equivalent area and seven (7) years of Program Management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing a technical staff to include performance development, coaching, and problem resolution.
• Strong leadership capability, to include sound reasoning and decision-making ability a must.
• Good understanding of cyber security processes and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Desired candidate possesses active Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

• Inside office environment.
• Working on a computer for long periods of time.
• May involve long period of sitting at a desk.
• The work environment is fast-paced and sometimes involves extreme deadline pressures.
