Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Developer to design, develop, and implement robust ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) solutions. This role is critical to enabling data-driven decision-making by integrating data from various sources into our centralized systems. You will maintain and monitor existing ETL processes, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate across teams to ensure the accuracy, performance, and security of data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy ETL workflows and data integration solutions across multiple platforms.

Maintain and optimize existing ETL packages to ensure reliable data flow and performance.

Troubleshoot and debug both front-end and back-end components of data systems.

Utilize tools such as Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and aggregation.

Analyze and interpret complex data from multiple internal and external sources.

Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and software engineers to design system architecture and ensure alignment with business goals.

Apply best practices in data management, software development, and big data technologies.

Document technical processes and procedures for ongoing support and future development.
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizen with a DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related.

3 years of experience in ETL development or data integration roles.

Proficiency with ETL tools and processes.

Strong experience with SQL and relational databases.

Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.

Familiarity with system architecture and software development principles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Google Cloud Dataflow).

Background in big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation and data processing.

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
- Inside office environment.
- Working on a computer for long periods of time.
- May involve long period of sitting at a desk.
- The work environment is fast-paced and sometimes involves extreme deadline pressures.
