Duties

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management to resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements
- Proven experience in general maintenance, maintenance person work, or related trades.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and basic building repairs.
