Typical Responsibilities
- Perform trenchless sewer lateral replacements using pipe bursting and related trenchless technologies.
- Install and repair sanitary sewer, storm drain, and domestic water utility systems.
- Excavate and backfill launch pits, receiving pits, and utility trenches as needed.
- Operate excavators, skid steers, loaders, compactors, and other heavy equipment.
- Install HDPE, PVC, ductile iron, and other underground piping systems.
- Assist with sewer camera inspections, pipe cleaning, and utility locating.
- Read blueprints, utility maps, and project specifications.
- Ensure proper pipe alignment, grade, and testing for system performance.
