What You’ll Do
Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly

What You’ll Do
- Manage a sophisticated family law caseload, including divorce, custody, parenting time, support, and post-decree matters
- Advocate for clients in court hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and negotiations
- Develop strategic case plans tailored to each client’s goals and circumstances
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, affidavits, and settlement agreements with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal support teams in a high-accountability, team-oriented environment
- Build strong client relationships through responsive communication, empathy, and strategic guidance
- Contribute to a culture focused on growth, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
- Active Minnesota attorney license in good standing
- Experience handling Minnesota family law matters, including litigation and contested hearings
- Strong courtroom presence, negotiation skills, and case management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a high-performance, fast-moving legal environment
