Bistro Deli Manager Qualifications:
Education: Associate's degree or some college required, bachelor's degree preferred; may substitute experience for education. Culinary degree is a plus.
Experience: 3-5 years working in a restaurant or for a catering business. Catering and event planning is preferred
Bistro Deli Manager Skills: Typing, PC/Windows, Reading, Writing, Calculating, Answering multiple phone lines and ability to use general deli equipment
