Our firm is now accepting applications for a Real Estate Closer. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills and be a good team player. Real Estate experience is required for this position. Benefits include a competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience, an 8:00 – 4:30 workday with a lunch break, paid vacation, sick-leave and up to 5 paid holidays per year.
Job Type: Full-time Required experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least three years prior work experience in a law firm as a Real Estate Closer
- Ability to work with and maintain highly confidential information
- Listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with others and is a team player
- Time management and organizational skills required to support high volume Real Estate Closings
- Knowledge and understanding of legal terminology and procedures
- Typing skills with special attention to grammar and accuracy
- Ability to operate the following software: Qualia, LandTech, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Candidates must pass a comprehensive background check
